As Weed Control Tech, you are responsible for performing the delivery of services on schedule and correctly. Our clients trust to us to provide quality services and you are key in helping us deliver.

You are a proactive leader and self-starter who can interact with the public and our employees. You have a strong work ethic and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have experience in lawn care as well as proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers.

Specific Responsibilities:

Perform primarily fertilizer application and weed control treatments.
Operate a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to truck and trailer, commercial spray equipment, backpack sprayers.
Address clients' questions, comments, and concerns
Complete daily paperwork including but not limited to, vehicle inspection sheets, work orders, application dates, and other required documents

Job Requirements:

Current G Driver's license with a clean abstract required.
Current Pesticide and/or Exterminator Lic required or willing to obtain the certification.
Three years experience in the Turf/Lawn Care industry.
Own transportation to shop
Able to work days, weekends, early morning, early evening
Willingness to work occasional overtime
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature

Wage $23-25/ hour depending on experience.
